Worksop conjured a second half fight back to beat high flying Hemsworth.
Second half goals from Micah Bishop, Jordan Turner and Alec Denton cancelled out an early first half strike from Nathan Perks for the Wells.
Hemsworth took the lead four minutes in, Perks turned the Worksop defender in the box, and slotted home a cute finish past Alexander to put the Yorkshire side ahead.
First great chance for the Tigers came from a set-piece, fans favourite Steve Woolley’s strike forced Hemsworth keeper Danny Rusling into an unbelievable save.
Worksop winger Bishop showed some great determination to win the ball off Hemsworth full back Liam Schofield to produce a dangerous cross across goal, Denton couldn’t poke the ball home to give the home side an equaliser on the half hour mark.
Tigers fought back to get back on level terms in the 67th minute, Bishop produced a great piece of magic skipping out of a foul before sprinting down the wing, cutting inside and rifling a shot into the visitors goal to send Sandy Lane into raptures.
The hosts then got their noses in front, an in-swinging corner caused havoc in the Hemsworth box and the visitors keeper made a terrific save but the ball fell to Turner who reacted first and his shot smashed into the roof of the Wells net to put us into the lead.
Worksop received a clear penalty with ten minutes to go, Tigers striker Denton was cropped to the floor by the Hemsworth defender, the striker then picked himself up and dusted himself off to tuck a great penalty away before running into the barmy army to celebrate putting the game to bed.
This is a massive three points that could go a long way at the end of the season, the great run for the Tigers continues with now four games unbeaten, exciting times at Sandy Lane.
