Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. However in some cases your goods may be delivered earlier.
You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through the online store and you will receive a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.

Please wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage. Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. Please note. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
We check stock as you order so it is very unlikely that we will process an order if that item is out of stock. You will recieve a message indicating that your chosen product is out of stock please contact us using the enquiry form at the bottom of this page and we will try to re-order that item for you from our suppliers.
At the moment we only ship to the UK. However we may decide in special circumstances to ship abroad, for more information please contact us.
